Michi Girl
Michi Girl is a subscriber based daily email newsletter that no girl should be without. Each newsletter includes the following day's weather and an interesting piece of fashion-related information - a garment, sale news, a new secret bar, an exhibition... with a distinctive local Melbourne flavour.
After nearly three years, Michi co-founders Chloe Quigley and Daniel Pollock felt it was time she had a makeover.
Magnetikonline rebuilt the site from the ground up, which features include an advanced custom built newsletter subscription and publishing system, full text searchable archive of past newsletters and a noticeboard system for retailers and designers to promote their local businesses - all of which is delivered in a W3C compliant XHTML 1.0 Strict and CSS2 design.
The new Michi has been illustrated by Kat Macleod, multi award winning artist (best known for her book 'Bird') and her pages designed by Simone Elder (ex-Vogue designer).
With her attitude, funky clothes, and kinky new do, the new Michi Girl is ready for anything!
